RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer Medium 15ml
RefectoCil Intense Brow[n]s Intensifying Primer is designed to help prepare the eyebrow area for skin staining. This will help the tint last on the skin for up to 6-10 days.
Directions:
Before applying any product, ensure the brow area is fully cleansed and prepped as you would for any brow treatment.
Take a pea-sized amount of the Intensifying Primer and apply to the eyebrow hairs and skin using a brush.
Leave for 4 minutes before removing with a cotton bud.
Before applying the Base Gel, please ensure that the eyebrows are left to dry for at least 4 minutes.
