Application method:
Mix 1 part liberator powder with 2 or 3 parts oxidizing emulsion
1.9 or 3% (depending on the chosen technique), apply the mixture to the eyebrows.Leave for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired result
With sulfate-free shampoo, a cotton pad and water, thoroughly remove the residue.
